ChurnPredict provides AI-powered churn prediction automation for SaaS companies. Our service integrates with your CRM and other tools to analyze customer interactions and provide churn insights.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when signing up.
  • You are responsible for securely sharing API keys and ensuring their validity.
  • You must not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Bring Your Own Account (BYOA) Model

  • You must provide API access for the required services (e.g., CRM, AI, database tools, and communication platforms).
  • ChurnPredict does not store your API keys outside of the automation tool, and they are securely managed within the process.
  • Any issues arising from third-party API limitations or restrictions are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Data Storage and Retention

  • Data processed within the automation tool is kept secure and confidential.
  • Data is automatically purged after 30 days.
  • Audit logs are retained for 12 months, but they do not contain customer information.
  • You can request the deletion of your data by contacting us at privacy@churnpredict.com.

7. Account Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • After cancellation, your account and any stored data will be removed per our data retention policy.

8. Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds for any subscription fees or setup costs.

9. Service Modifications and Availability

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services at any time.
  • While we strive for uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for downtime due to third-party integrations or other factors beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • ChurnPredict is not responsible for financial losses or damages resulting from the use of our service.
  • We do not guarantee specific churn reduction outcomes or business results.

11. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time.
  • Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
