3. Description of Services
ChurnPredict provides AI-powered churn prediction automation for SaaS companies. Our service integrates with your CRM and other tools to analyze customer interactions and provide churn insights.
4. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when signing up.
- You are responsible for securely sharing API keys and ensuring their validity.
- You must not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
5. Bring Your Own Account (BYOA) Model
- You must provide API access for the required services (e.g., CRM, AI, database tools, and communication platforms).
- ChurnPredict does not store your API keys outside of the automation tool, and they are securely managed within the process.
- Any issues arising from third-party API limitations or restrictions are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Data Storage and Retention
- Data processed within the automation tool is kept secure and confidential.
- Data is automatically purged after 30 days.
- Audit logs are retained for 12 months, but they do not contain customer information.
- You can request the deletion of your data by contacting us at privacy@churnpredict.com.
7. Account Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- After cancellation, your account and any stored data will be removed per our data retention policy.
8. Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds for any subscription fees or setup costs.
9. Service Modifications and Availability
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services at any time.
- While we strive for uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for downtime due to third-party integrations or other factors beyond our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
- ChurnPredict is not responsible for financial losses or damages resulting from the use of our service.
- We do not guarantee specific churn reduction outcomes or business results.
11. Changes to These Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time.
- Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
